Worst blu-ray player ever I will NEVER buy LG products again just based on this player. It constantly pops up to connect to the internet when it is or it truly never connects. You cant get through a movie without it popping up at a minimum of 5 times. It quits playing sound randomly.

Not happy with this product.... have only used it a couple of times since we purchased it now it is not even powering up had the power supply tested... works.... but unit still not powering up the unit. Tried calling the help desk numerous times... they tried transferring me and got disconnected.... did not get a ticket number.... I have lg TV also that works fine. Is this a known issue with this product....not happy

Player stopped reading bluray discs

I bought this bluray DVD player in March 2023. As of December 2023 it stopped playing or reading bluray disc. I have contacted customer service at LG. They have not been much help at all. After 4 and a half hours on the phone. Which included 3 disconnected conversations. I was able to get a confirmation number for my trouble ticket. I was informed that I would be getting another bluray player to replace the original player. It has been a month and still have not received a new bluray player. Customer service wasnt easy to deal with either. After each phone call was disconnected I got a different person each time I called. Had to explain what the issue was with the player repeatedly. At this point I have little hopes of getting my player replaced.

Extremely disappointed with poor streaming.

I purchased this for streaming for blurays. The remote was very poor and barely worked. Tested batteries and called support and requested new remote. Finally got it working if I held it up just inches from the player which defeats the purpose of a remote. After connecting found that the streaming content froze and cut in/out repeatedly about every 60 seconds. Shut down and retried and the same thing occurred. Tested wifi with other devices and the wifi was fine. Terrible product and wish Id tested it before the return window had closed. Wont but LG products again.

Great quality in such a small device. Bought this for an older not smart led tv. So far so good. This player would be even better if it had more streaming apps installed or allow the user to download their already subscribed streaming apps. Make this player smarter and it will always be sold out
