Waste of money broke in 5 months

This vacuum has already broke after 4 months of use. It is impossible to clean out canister. I end up with my hand covered in dust to get it to empty and it is so small that I have to do that might times while using. Dont waste your money.

The only thing I wish when purchasing this vacuum is that I had done it at Costco so I could return it. And that I had wrote this review earlier. I have hated this vacuum since I discovered how little it picks up even with boost how stuff gets caught in the push down part of the canister and every time you want to release something it isnt as easy at the shark. Our shark died after 5 years I should have bought a new one plus half the price. I only bought an LG because we just bought the stacked washer dryers that we love. I was on vacation for half the return window

Purchased this vaccuum and exactly 11 months it stopped working. Contacted customer support two times and they promised to send me a shipping label to send it in for diagnosis and repairs. Its been two weeks since the last time I talked to any human being good luck getting one on the phone Ill never recommend an LG product to anyone.

I purchased this vacuum because my previous one Dyson V7 Animal was slowly dying and not keeping a charge. Ive had a few friends purchase the LG vacuum and said how much they loved it better than their Dyson. I will say this vacuum has really impressed me with the amount of animal hair and dirt that it sucks up compared to my Dyson. I definitely will be sticking with LG and looking to purchase an battery and a few more attachments for this vacuum in the future.

Best vacuum ever owned

Bought this vacuum cleaner at Costco two years ago and its still working great. I can vacuum the whole house 7000 sq ft using two batteries. The hardwood floor head is perfect for Persian carpets. The beater bar head ha really good suction even on our deepest pile carpet. The wand extends which is useful when using the attachments for curtains and blinds. Because there is no cord its easy to use on stairs.

Does Not pick up any hair

I got this as a gift for Christmas. I was so excited to have a cordless vacuum unfortunately this has been the worst vacuum Ive used. The most important part of a vacuum is to pick up the pet hair my own hair and dust around the house. All that this vacuum does is push all the hair around so that I can use another vacuum to pick it up. To add insult to injury that fact that I have to reach my hand into the vacuum dirt container to put it in the garbage is ridiculous. I get that now they have a compressor that can do this but for the price it should already have that. Im so disappointed in this vacuum and have now just been using my shark vacuum with a cord.

Worked great for 6 months but...

Initially I was thoroughly impressed with its performance. But cut to 6 months later and the performance started to dwindle. Keep in mind i changed the filters religiously and cleaned the dust cup often. Then we started noticing weird sounds coming from the powerhead. That appears to be broken as well. Then the dust cup broke. For the money i paid for this i wish i went elsewhere.

Works great but part of it already broke

Suction was actually pretty decent as long as it was emptied out after each use and the filters were kept cleaned. Cordless vacuums tend to struggle with suction but I had no issues with this one. I loved the different modes. Turbo mode works the best but is a bit too strong for some of my rugs so it was nice to have an option for weaker suction. Overall I have really enjoyed this vacuum. Sadly after having this for less than 6 months the telescopic head broke making it only useful as a handheld vacuum with the smaller attachments. As pricy as this is I was really disappointed for it to break so quickly and expected it to hold up better.
