Included are two flowers two inside out flowers two star shaped flowers and two heart shaped flowers. Each tea flower can be brewed 3 times and makes 15 cups of tea. Simply place the tea flower in the bottom of a teapot or mug and pour in boiling water. The flower will bloom as the tea steeps. Steep 35 minutes or to desired strength.
