Contest Rules

The Napoleon Appliance Corporation Great Appliance Giveaway
has three Contest periods, each lasting four months. The
first Contest begins on June 1, 2006 and ends September
30, 2006; the
second Contest begins October 1, 2006 and ends January
31, 2007; the third contest begins February 1, 2007
and ends May 31, 2007.

Complete the entry form, including your e-mail address.
Incomplete entry forms cannot be processed, nor can forms
with an invalid e-mail address. The entry from must be
sent electronically. Entry limited to one entry per e-mail
address, every four months. All entries must be received
by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time the last day of each
Contest period. Entries that are printed by machine or
otherwise mechanically reproduced will not be accepted. APPLIANCE.COM is
not responsible for lost connections, miscommunications,
failed computer or telephone transmission or technical
failure. All entries become the property of APPLIANCE.COM and
will not be returned.
5.
Drawing: One winner will be selected in a random drawing
from all entries received, on or about the first working
day following the end of the Contest. Odds of winning depend
on the number of entries received. By participating, all
entrants agree to be bound by the official rules. The winner
will be notified first by e-mail. Winners will be required
to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability
release and return it within 25 days of attempted delivery
to address provided on official entry form to receive a
prize. Otherwise, prize will be forfeited and awarded to
an alternate winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees
to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness in any
promotion activities related to this sweepstakes without
further compensation, except where prohibited. No prize
substitution, except as provided herein. All local state
and federal taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility
of the winner. The prize is not transferable and non-redeemable
for cash, except as provided herein. APPLIANCE.COM reserves
the right to change or replace the prize element with another
of equal or greater value should the featured prize become
unavailable.
6.
Prize: Winning entry will receive a Prestige Model
I P450 gas
grill manufactured by Napoleon Appliance Corporation. Assembly
and installation are not included.
7.
Eligibility: Contest is open to legal U.S. residents 21
years of age and older. Employees of APPLIANCE.COM and
Napoleon Appliance Corporation, and their subsidiaries
and affiliate companies are not eligible. Void where prohibited
by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and
regulations. Napoleon Appliance Corporation will pay delivery
costs. Winner must sign and return liability/publicity
release before the appliance can be delivered. Allow six
to eight weeks for delivery of appliance.
8.
